Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We have our own factories and Foreign-trade Department.
Q: Can we visit your factory before order?
A: Sure. All customers are welcomed to visit our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at station if needed.
Q: Do you have any stock?
A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order. However, we have enough Semi - finished parts in workshop, as long as we place the order and send production plan to factory, they can start production and installation.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to different model. For mostly firewood processors minimum order quantity is 1 set.

A: Orders with a value of less than USD3,000 are required to pay the full amount, then we will arrange production and shipping. Orders with a value of more than USD 3,000 can pay 50% of the purchase amount as a deposit. Pay the final payment after the buyer receives the BL copy from the seller.
