Shipping Rules:
1. Under CIF shipping terms, Redsail will be responsible for the export declaration of the machines and deliver the machines to the customer's designated port. Customers need to handle import customs clearance procedures and pay local taxes.
2. If it is not convenient for customers to import, we are able to deliver the machine to the customer's address and assist with import customs clearance procedures, customers only need to pay local taxes. That is DDU shipping terms.
3. We can also do business on FOB terms, ship the machine to Qingdao Port or any other port in China. The customer needs to contact local forwarder for import clearance and pay the fees and taxes.

Warranty Policy
Machine Warranty: 12 month Laser tube: 6-18 month Mirrors and Lens: 3 months
All parts are replace free during the warranty period.
After Sales Service
1. All machines will undergo 3 days aging test after assembly and debugging, ensure machine life.
2. The instruction operation CD is delivered with the machine together. As Co2 laser machine is the entry level machines, so most customer can operate well through CD.
3. 24/7/365 online support and lifetime service.
4. Overseas service available if necessary.
