Machine description:
1.Welding current was controlled by computer synchronously.Each welding current and time of the welding transformer can be adjusted independently.
2.The cross wire is fed by hopper automatically, the longitude wire is fed manually.
Both longitude wire and cross wire are pre-straightened and pre-cut.
3.According to the wire welding pitch,the machine can adjust upper electrodes,each welding point is adjustable.
4.Pulling mesh device adopts servo driver, it can set a variety of wire distance in the same mesh.
5.The control system is PLC. The longitude wire space can be adjust by inputing the width you want.
