We can design and produce ceramic dies & moulds from 20X20mm to 1600X3600 mm series. Our dies and moulds can fix all the presses included: SACMI , SITI(B&T),WELKO, HLT , KEDA ,NASSETTI , LAEIS, RNH.
Our mould works very good on the SACMI production line , SITI production line , DLT production line , WELKO production line and KEDA production line, MODENA production line.

2. Dies and moulds design
We can design the Ceramic dies and moulds for polished tile , glazed tile ,rustic tile ,polished glazed tile,double loading tile (Double charge tile),soluble salt, border tiles, decorative tile. We designed according to different powder material , different compression rate ,different shinkage for wall tile and floor tile (Porcelain tile ).
3. Coperation with other machinery partners
We cooperate with the famous Ceramic Machinery Group such as HLT , MODENA , KEDA to research and develop our products . HLT develope for the biggest Press for 36000Ton in China , we cooperate to offer dies and moulds for this Press ,mould size will be 1600*3600 mm. The famous Ceramic brand Monalias factory are very satisfied for this cooperation for them to develop the big size tile area.
Now cooperate with HLT , dies and moulds will be developed for more than 36000 Ton press in 2019.
4. Factory scale and employees.
We covers the areas of 20000 square meters , we have 8000 squaremeters of Modern R&D center and 10000 square meters modern workshop. We have more than 500 employees, which include 200 senior engineers and technicians .
5. Head office and branches
Our dies and moulds head office are located in FOSHAN Ceramic City ,and we have another 7 branches , 5 branches are in SiChuan , HuBei, JiangXi , ShangHai, HeYuan , and 2 branches are Thailand and India .
