The block is cooled by water, high efficiency. With special design vacuum system, DWC pipe will be good shape. Product has high ring stiffness, strength, quality light, sound insulation, shock absorption,long service life good bending, compression, impact resistant High strength, corrosion resistance is strong, cold heat resistance and other advantages.
The max Designed speed is 10m/min, and compared to traditional system the speed will be more 67%

Properties: DWC pipe is mainly used for water drainage system. It is a fully computer controlled line. It features high and stable output capacity, and highly automatic operation. For HDPE, you can choose high efficient single screw extruder. For PVC, you can choose conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin- screw extruder. Forming system consists mould and corrugator. Mould blocks can be easily changed and they have air or water cooling system. The belling process is on line. High precision cutting can be guaranteed by cutting machine. The production line can also be equipped with SIEMENS PLC system.

Features

1. The extrusion lines equipped with two extruders for two layer co-extrusion, stable extrusion, excellent plasticization. 
2. Imported ratio-adjusting valve adjusts forming pressure stable and reliable. 
3. Double flow channel spiral composite extrusion die head. The surface is Nitrided and polished. 
4. Thickness regulating device for double wall. 
5. Double wall belling on line. 
6. Working table is three-dimensionally adjustable. 
7. Automatic protection system starts and working table comes back when power off. 
8. Automatic lubrication station. 
9. Mould blocks are made of special aluminium alloy and features right weight, high strength, good wear resistant. 
10. Air cooling and water cooling for well cooling corrugated moulds that forming pipe at higher speed. 
11. The complete line adopts PLC micro-computer control system which can visually shows melt temperature and pressure,
